How Sourcebox works
Incoming candidate applications are automatically processed by Extract! CV Parsing. The applications are then prepared for the designated recruiter. The convenient split-screen display enables the recruiter to easily adjust or add information to the candidate profile. After processing and assessment, the application is forwarded to your existing recruitment application.

Web-based system
Sourcebox is a web-based system. As well as being fast and flexible, it is also secure and reliable. Sourcebox makes little demand on your hardware. It does not require any complex software installations. With your login details, Sourcebox is accessible 24 hours a day in real time via the Internet.
Configurable
Sourcebox can be configured to suit your business type. You can allocate roles to employees, for example giving them different rights and granting them different levels of access.
Integration
Sourcebox can be easily integrated into your existing workflow or recruitment application. Textkernel links Sourcebox to your existing system. You do not need a whole new package. User-friendly interface
The clearly arranged split screens will help you with data entry. On the left-hand side of your screen you see the original CV. On the right-hand side the fields have been filled automatically by Textkernel’s CV parsing software. Data can easily be changed or added. You can then store the profile in your database. The user interface is available in Dutch, English, German and French.

In the Sourcebox summary page you can see which applications have been received, what their status is and who the owner is.

Edit or delete
When you receive an application, you can view, amend and save it, or delete it.

With the split screen display you can view the original CV on the left and compare it to the completed form on the right.

Check and add information
The information in the completed field on the right is automatically highlighted on the left. You can then easily check and if necessary amend or add data in the completed fields.

All required information can be obtained from the CV, including personal details, education, work experience and other information, such as skills.

Save in the database
Is the candidate profile complete? If so, you can save and send it to your database at the press of a button.
